Golden Pond Metal Die Casting Co., Ltd was established in 1990, which was transformed from thelathe processing factory set up in 1947 by the incumbent President, Mr. Lai Jinchi.
In 1949, the Golden Mark Aluminium Enterprise was set up, which mainly dealt with the dipper processing. By that time they were making the wood bowl mold, then sent to Xin Zhu for casting, finally the casting mold was sent back and processed into dipper.
In 1954, the company began to manufacture the aluminium alloy dipper, electric fans, motor and other related items; on the other hand, due to the influence of the Japan Primary School, which was later transformed into Taichung High-tech Institute, the President led the company to engaged into the manufacturing of hydraulic die-casting machine & oil pressure die-casting machine from 1966.
The company began the manufacturing of the die-casting machine in 1966, taking part in the machinery assembly from the simply parts processing.
The company began to rearrange the whole processing during the 1976 and 1977, also we introduced the Japan professional die-casting technology and equipment, transformed into a professional die-casting factory.
Due to the increasing business, the company moved to the current site for further development, and the site covered an area of 6400m2.
In 1990, the Golden Pond Metal Die Casting Co., Ltd was formally set up. To this day, the company experienced over 50 years development and changes.
Development & Progress
To grow into a professional aluminium alloy die-casting manufacturer, early in the 80s, the President assigned the Mr. Lai Wenrui and Mr. Lai Wenxian as the new General Manager to take charge of the business operation to continually push the enterprise forward. Now the company has become a professional manufacturer, specializes in the manufacturing of automobile, vehicle, bicycle, carpentry machine, agricultural machine, roasting stove, roasting pan, DIY tools and etc. and the factory is near the highway, there is a river around the factory; and the whole factory covers an area of about 6400m2, we have the die-casting machines(125t-800t), auto manufacturing processing and other peripheral equipment to take care of the processing; also we regularly go abroad and take in advanced technology to update the equipment and improve our products so as to offer customers better service.
With the rapid development of the information technology and environment changes, a manager is bound to make continual adjustment to maintain the competitive advantages over other competitors, therefore, we has introduced the West Germany STRIKO melting furnace to work with our own heat insulating furnace and makes out varieties of aluminium alloy motors and building materials to meet customers evolving needs.
